Call To Adventure

I recommend a lot of people go to

There’s loads of people on there who are looking for novices and people who haven’t got experience to join teams. And there are so many ideas.

And that for me is the call to Adventure.

Go to somewhere where you can find ideas that will fit in with you.

My daughter is going to Ecuador tomorrow and going in the Amazon because that’s what she wants to do.

She’s only 20 so call to adventure, just get up and go do it. It’s up to you to go to your place.

So many.

Go do it.

I’m always telling people, go there, there’s so much to see there.

Pay It Forward

Right, so yes, all climate change, whether it’s WWF, the smaller things, but on a personal and very selfish pay it forward is I have managed to get my place on the London Marathon through a charity.

I had trouble with my knees with menopause and couldn’t run around the block and thought right, well the way to do that is to just get in a marathon and you’ll have to figure it out.

So I am raising money for SAFFA which is the Sailor Soldiers and Airmen Foundation and it is about helping people who have given their lives sometimes or at least their physical and mental everything so that we can sleep safe in our beds and this charity takes care or helps them mentally, physically and their families and friends. So if anybody feels that SAFFA they could…

Pay something forward to them. Go do that
