Defra.

Defra is the UK government department responsible for environmental policy, food production and rural affairs. The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs oversees climate adaptation, biodiversity protection, farming standards and coastal management across England, working alongside devolved administrations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
