Jennifer Koss.

Jennifer Koss is the director of NOAA’s Coral Reef Conservation Program, the United States federal programme responsible for coral reef research, monitoring and protection efforts.

In her role, Koss oversees initiatives that address threats to coral ecosystems including climate change, pollution and physical damage. The programme works across US coral reef jurisdictions from Florida and the Caribbean to Hawaii and the Pacific islands, coordinating scientific research, restoration projects and policy development aimed at preserving these critical marine habitats.
